After talking to the owner of !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and test driving it, I've decided I'm going to pull the trigger and make it my first car. I'm supposed to be going to buy it tomorrow afternoon, but there may be a slight problem...
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
I'm trying to cash in some of my savings bonds in to have enough money to buy it, and I'm currently waiting for them to transfer into my bank account. The treasury website claims it takes up to two days, but it being a government-run service, I'm not sure it'll happen this century. So for now, I'll just be frantically checking my bank account every 5 minutes...

I wish all the 90s sport coupes havent long rotted away in my part of canada :( I would kill for any of them at a decent price.

I loved that car. When you read reviews from when it was new, they sometimes referred to it as the BMW 2002 reborn—or maybe Nissan's 2002. One review said that it was the car that automotive journalists of the time would buy with their own money. Etc.
Excellent choice—I'm kinda jelly. Hope it works out, and that you have a ton of fun with it!

Cool ride. I hope you have or will be taking it to a shop for inspection before purchase. Its always best. You may find issues which may help you in negotiations on price. Or to run for the hills. Always make sure the check engine light has not been reset recently. Don't buy someone else's problem child. Food for thought

One of my best friends works at a shop, and I'm taking it in for an inspection tomorrow morning. I'm a little apprehensive about buying it without a formal inspection, but I took a pretty thorough look and test drive, and the seller seems to know a ton about it and DDs it, so I think it's worth the risk.

I've heard it's one of the all time best handling FWD cars, though it seems mostly forgotten. It didn't even cross my mind to look for one until someone on Oppo suggested it.
